Hoai Robinette is a senior associate at the Law Offices of A. Philip Lomonaco. He litigates a variety of civil and criminal matters for the Firm’s clients, including on behalf of businesses and individuals, covering areas such as criminal defense, constitutional law, 1983 claims, business litigation, personal injury/accidents, estate planning (wills and trusts), family law, healthcare liability, administrative law, expungement, debt collection, speeding and traffic tickets, and law labels.
Hoai attended the University of Tennessee College of Law, graduating in 2017, and was admitted to the Tennessee Supreme Court in 2017 and the United States District Court for the Eastern District in 2018. In law school, Hoai was the executive editor of the Tennessee Journal of Race, Gender, & Social Justice and a member of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business law. He also contributed to Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and multiple mock trial teams, pro bono committees, and legal clinics. Before graduating, he worked at the Legal Aid Office of East Tennessee, Hardin County Commonwealth Attorney Office, and the Law Offices of A. Philip Lomonaco.
Since his admission to the Bar, Hoai has received his certification as a notary and Rule 31 Family Mediator-Special Training in Domestic Violence.
