Philip Lomonaco
Philip Lomonaco is certified as a Criminal Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization. As of November 2011 there were only 25 Criminal Trial Specialists in the whole state of Tennessee.
Mr. Lomonaco received his J.D from the College of Law at the University of Tennessee. He was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1985 and the U.S District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee in 1986, and received his initial specialization certification in 1999.
Philip Lomonaco has over 25 years of experience defending clients charged with crimes in Federal and State Courts. He has represented individuals accused of leading large criminal conspiracies and RICO organizations. Mr. Lomonaco has also defended cases involving white collar crime, bank fraud, DUI, drug manufacturing and murder.
